The Elvara guide is a downloadable PDF. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email containing your secure download link. Most customers receive their guide within 1–2 minutes of completing checkout.

How to Access Your Guide

• Click the download link inside the email to save the PDF to your device.

• Once saved, the guide is yours forever — no expiry, no recurring fees.

What If My Email Doesn't Arrive?

If your download email hasn't arrived within 15 minutes of purchase:

• Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
• Search your inbox for "Elvara" or "ElvaraFit".
• Confirm the email address used at checkout was spelled correctly.
• If you still cannot find it, email us at elvarafit@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it within 24 hours (usually much faster).

No Physical Shipping

Because Elvara is a fully digital product, we do not ship physical items. There are no shipping fees, no customs charges, no waiting. The guide is available worldwide, instantly.

International Customers

Elvara is available globally. The guide is written in English and uses metric and imperial units side-by-side throughout. Currency at checkout is shown in GBP (£), but your bank or card provider will handle conversion automatically.
